Job Overview

The Marketing Manager of Partnerships will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies that result in lead generation/membership acquisition via partnerships with like-minded brands.



The Marketing Manager will develop national strategic partnerships to build relationships with both members and non-members. The Marketing Manager will also support local, grass roots, community-oriented marketing with a focus on New York City. They should be well-versed in planning and execution of partnerships and events.



The ability to schedule, prioritize and see multiple jobs through to completion is essential. This person must have a can-do attitude, be comfortable “pitching” potential partners, and be a local connector/ambassador for the brand.



They should be able to tap into the latest trends and help Equinox stay on the cutting edge.





Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Implement acquisition based marketing strategies (outreach) and relationship based marketing strategies (member focused) that leverage partnerships

• Proactively pursue national strategic partnerships and local partnerships in New York City to help generate leads, grow the brand, and drive new business

• Support local teams across the country with innovative marketing strategies – creative partnership approaches that result in leads. Coach Regional Sales Managers to use partnerships to grow their business.

• Serve as a brand ambassador to ensure that the brand is being properly represented in all efforts

• Ensure current and upcoming partnerships are productive and have a high return on investment (both time and money)

BS/BA required

Preferably 3-5 years of partnership marketing experience
